Converting MSG to PDF
Outlook can print an email to PDF, but only if you have Outlook. This converter reads the .msg in your browser instead, renders the message (HTML where available, otherwise plain text) and places a header block with subject, sender, recipients, date and attachment names above it. Download the PDF directly or use your browser’s Print to create a searchable version.
How to convert MSG to PDF
- Open the .eml file.
- Check the message and attachments.
- Click Download PDF, or Print / Save as PDF for searchable text.
- Save attachments separately if you need them.
Before you trust an email
- Check the Headers tab: SPF, DKIM and DMARC should pass for the sender’s domain.
- A Reply-To on a different domain from the sender is a classic phishing sign.
- Keep remote images blocked for unknown senders: they reveal that and when you opened the email.
- Scan unexpected attachments before opening them, especially documents with macros.
Why use this MSG to PDF converter
- One-click PDFDownload a PDF with the subject, sender, recipients, date and attachment list above the message, or use Print to save a text-searchable PDF.
- Everything in the messageSender, recipients, CC, date, HTML or plain-text body, inline images and every attachment, plus full headers with SPF, DKIM and DMARC results.
- Tracking pixels blockedRemote images, fonts and styles are blocked until you choose to load them, so opening an email here does not tell the sender you read it.
- Private by designThe email is opened in your browser and never uploaded, which matters for invoices, contracts, HR and legal correspondence.

MSG to PDF Converter questions
How do I convert MSG to PDF without Outlook?
Open the .msg file here and click Download PDF. It works in any modern browser.
Are attachments included in the PDF?
Their names are listed in the PDF header. Download the files themselves from the Attachments panel.
Can I search the text in the PDF?
Use Print / Save as PDF for selectable, searchable text. Download PDF is an exact image of the message.
Why is the formatting simpler than in Outlook?
Some .msg files store the body only as RTF. In that case the plain-text version is shown; messages with an HTML body appear with full formatting.
Is my email uploaded?
No. The file is parsed in your browser and nothing is sent to a server. Remote images inside the email are also blocked unless you allow them.
